An annual tradition for the Two Beers Brewing team includes a road trip to Yakima Valley to pick up just harvested hops for the creation of this true small batch beer – a super seasonal. In addition to the Fresh Hops, we used Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade.
