Two Beers Fresh Hop
The first fresh hop beer available this season was ready just in time for this tasting panel. Brewed with fresh hops from Yakima Valley, this beer boasts a huge earthy hop aroma and flavor. Light caramel malts balance nicely, but this is all about the hops. The assertive bitter finish is not out of place. A very impressive effort.
