Justin has been a fan of Two Beers Brewing since the beginning. In 2008, when Two Beers Brewing head brewer Joel VandenBrink was still brewing five gallons at time out of a storage space in Fremont, Justin had his first pint of Immersion Amber out of a makeshift kegerator. Instantly becoming a loyal fan, little did he know four years later he would join the team.
Justin’s love of craft beer began when he started home brewing with his housemates in their kitchen. They brewed and bottled four good batches of beer (and about three bad batches), and even went as far as growing their own hops on the porch. Now, Justin assists with various aspects of the brewery including everything from cleaning and canning to brewing and singing Bon Jovi. His favorite part about working for Two Beers? “I love having a tangible product I can point to and say 'we made that.’”
When this Oregon native isn’t at the brewery, he can be found snowboarding, reading, running, watching football and playing with his dog, Penny.
