What began as a college hobby with friend and fellow Two Beers Brewing employee Scott Persson quickly turned into a passion for cellar worker and assistant brewer Aaron Blonden.
Upon graduating from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Aaron set out to find a job in the brewing industry. Having previously worked at a wine and cider production facility, as well as his college town’s local brew store, Aaron had his heart set on brewing. Ready to accept a job in Oregon, Aaron received a call that Two Beers Brewing was looking for help and turned the car around. Having first tasted Two Beers Brewing after its inaugural run of 22-ounce bottles hit the market, Aaron is excited to now be a part of brewing the great Two Beers Brewing beer he came to know and love.
Growing up not far away in Olympia, Aaron can be found outside of the brewery enjoying soccer, snowboarding, running and – you guessed it – beer. His dedication to the industry can be found displayed his arm, where tattoos of a hop vine and a Japanese Koi weave together.
